Zuschlag für die DSL-Backboneplanung erhielt die MRK Media AG mit Sitz in München. Die Planung basiert auf Markerkundungen und auf die ISA-Daten des Breitbandatlases. Fachliche Überprüfung der gelieferten Daten erfolgte durch die GEODATA GmbH mit Sitz in Westhausen.
