WMS Bodenrichtwertkarte - Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart

OGC Web Map Service - Bodenrichtwertkarte. Sie zeigt das Stadtgebiet in einer Übersichtskarte und den Innenstadtbereich in einer Detailkarte (erst ab dem Maßstab 1:25 000 sichtbar). Der Bodenrichtwert bezeichnet den durchschnittlichen Lagewert des Bodens in Euro/m². Die Bodenrichtwertkarte wird vom Gutachterausschuss Stuttgart jährlich zum Stichtag 31.12. beschlossen. Dieser WMS steht in den Versionen 1.1.1 und 1.3.0 zur Verfügung.
